We implemented this mobility project with the aim of broadening the horizons of our students and staff. We sought to provide development opportunities for our teachers and technicians through international exchanges, to enhance their technical and pedagogical skills, offer them the chance to exchange teaching methods and innovative approaches with international colleagues, and to enable them to build international professional and academic networks. For our students, although unfortunately no student mobility took place, our initial goal was to create optimal conditions for them to benefit from mobility opportunities. This was intended to help them develop intercultural, linguistic, and professional skills that are increasingly valued in the global job market. We aimed to provide them with this opportunity to gain a better understanding of European values and diverse cultures, promoting inclusion and tolerance.
