After two difficult years at European and international level due to COVID, we wanted to relaunch work placement mobility for our BTS students. When we were writing our project, we wanted to offer an Erasmus grant to 20 of our BTS Tertiary students who wanted to do their work placement in Europe. We also wanted to give 10 of our teachers and staff the opportunity to go on a training mobility trip in order to meet new school and/or company partners and build loyalty to existing partnerships. In particular, the aim was to work with these partners to gain a better understanding of their environment and their expectations in order to better prepare our students for mobility. The Erasmus Days, which we have co-organised every October since 2017, show that young people are still very interested in mobility, particularly for international destinations. In this project, we wanted to develop among our students, teachers and staff, the values defended by Erasmus and the 2022 programme, namely : - inclusion of disadvantaged groups - sustainable development - European citizenship
