The education project of our establishment is of a modest size, especially because the internship mobility is aimed at a single sector (BTS animal production) and the classes are of modest size (between 15 and 30 students) . During this project, we wanted : - increase the number of mobilities to 2 to 3 per year. This allows our students to compare animal production practices and in particular adaptations to global warming. Doing an internship in a professional organization allows students to engage with research at the genetic improvement or animal health level. - diversify the localisations by relying with our partner companies of the professional Erasmus project - develop mobility for staff in order to benefit from shared experience - ensure the quality of mobility supervision through clear information and a transparent procedure - be part of European priorities, particularly on the theme of agroecological transitions more at the level of professional practices than on soft mobility, made difficult by the travel necessary during the internship.
