This project primarily concerned our students in management (BTS Support à l'Action Managériale). During their two-year training course, one of their traineeships must take place either in a foreign country or in an international context in France, involving the use of a foreign language, both written and spoken. Given the increasingly international nature of the job of Office Manager and the difficulty of finding lot of companies here on the island Réunion that met the requirements of the reference framework, it seemed obvious to us to offer students the opportunity to carry out their traineeships abroad with the support of Erasmus+. The project also included two staff mobilities to improve their language skills and develop new teaching methods. A final objective was for colleagues taking part in a mobility to feed into the existing dynamic within the school around international openness and thus encourage other colleagues in vocational subjects (Management, economics, law, human resources) to take part in a similar training in Europe.
