International openness is a strong area of development and a priority the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, which is part of a long tradition of exchanges with foreign university partners. Participation in the Europe of higher education since its beginnings has been major in our cooperation, notably through Erasmus+ mobility for students and staff, both teaching and administrative. UPHF is also a member of EUNICE, European University funded in 2020 and 2023. In order to respect its ECHE charter, this project was marked by the implementation of the program priorities: - The digitalization of administrative procedures, starting with the connection of the management software to the EWP network, and subsequently, the establishment of learning agreement and interinstitutional agreements online; - Particular attention paid to students with fewer opportunities to encourage their participation in the program; - The promotion of green travels among students and staff to reach their host institution, and more generally, the promotion of environmentally friendly practices, - Promoting civic engagement among participants.
