The two projects were initiated by a professor from AgroToulouse-INP and were focused on themes related to this college: for the University of Pristina, environmental protection, specifically sustainable agriculture and pollution management; for Ukraine, soil pollution, water and waste management. The program included mobilities for PhD students, teaching exchanges, and training in innovative teaching methods. The project was intended to strengthen partnerships and academic relations (for Kosovo). However, the withdrawal of the project-leading professor and the war in Ukraine forced the involved teams to modify the planned activities. Despite this, the institutions managed to implement mobility initiatives by involving fields that were not originally identified in the application (fluid mechanics, scientific documentation, etc.), to exchange ideas on pedagogical innovations (exchange between educational engineers on sustainability), and on best administrative practices (international relations, library services, financial affairs, legal affairs, European projects), thereby promoting the internationalization of the participating institutions.
