Objectives

The aim of the 6MIIC project was to promote international collaboration, student mobility leading to qualifications and the exchange of skills, thereby helping to strengthen academic links and foster the emergence of joint projects. As part of the international development of Aix-Marseille University and the University of Sfax, which is part of the CIVIS consortium, a project aimed to bring together Tunisian and French students in a paired course taught by lecturers from both countries. The aim was to build future Tunisian-French archaeological cooperation. In addition, the MIC Performing Arts project supported a cooperation agreement between the Lebanese University, Saint-Joseph University in Beirut and Aix-Marseille, via a digital platform. The initiative with Hassan II aimed to strengthen links between French and Moroccan higher education, by creating cultural and academic bridges between the northern and southern shores of the Mediterranean. Finally, for Makerere University and Cheikh Anta Diop University, the project was designed to support the training of teacher-researchers in Senegal and Uganda, with a view to sustainable development, ecological transition and digital technology.
