The USMB is part of an international initiative with exemplary performance in terms of outgoing student mobility. It is now seeking to focus its strategy by strengthening privileged relationships with a limited number of universities. The USMB's strategy through this Erasmus MIC project is mainly aimed at strengthening incoming student mobility and staff exchanges in order to develop new projects, consolidate others, and strengthen its cooperation networks: the RELIEF network, which it founded with UQTR in Quebec and HES-SO in Switzerland, and the GEMINAE network, as part of the European alliance “UNITA universitas montium,” which brings together some 30 privileged partners located outside the EU. The objectives of the mobility programs implemented are clear: staff mobility enables teams to connect in order to train, strengthen mutual knowledge, exchange best practices, develop new projects, and facilitate the management of partnerships and associated mobility; student mobility enables the internationalization of partner universities' students' courses and the “at home” internationalization of our students.
