Here are the targeted objectives based on the three pillars of UTBM’s internationalization strategy: 1. Promote internationalization through mobility and attractiveness The main objective is to ensure the continuity and balance of student exchanges. The project also aims to strengthen staff mobility—both academic and administrative—in order to raise awareness of the destination, build strong connections, and encourage a ripple effect. 2. Optimize processes through a quality-driven approach and strengthened partnerships Staff mobility also serves as a lever to reinforce strategic relationships. The goal is to analyze on-site reception systems, exchange best practices in administration and teaching, identify students’ specific expectations, and enhance support mechanisms. 3. Encourage educational innovation and interdisciplinary cooperation The program aims to offer high-quality mobility opportunities, host Bosnian staff for pedagogical immersions, and promote the creation of joint projects involving research labs and French students.
