This project, with a budget of €74,430, targeted 17 mobilities: 8 STA and/or STT mobilities and 9 SMS and/or SMP mobilities. Its main objective was to pursue the cooperation initiated between Lumière Lyon 2 University (ULL2) and Nazi Boni University (UNB), by consolidating and expanding their existing relations. Aligned with the respective international strategies, the project focused on three main goals: 1/Strengthening French-speaking academic collaboration by hosting 9 Burkinabe students in Journalism within the Master’s in New Journalistic Practices (ULL2), focused on the digital transformation of information and journalism, as well as through exchanges of “teacher-researcher” (TR) staff. These exchanges would enable Burkinabe staff to adopt new methodologies while allowing Lyon-based staff to teach at UNB. 2/Reviving scientific cooperation by supporting the training of Burkinabe teaching staff and doctoral students – the future trainers – in order to compensate for the lack of trainers, particularly in the field of digital technologies. 3/Maintaining international ties between France and Burkina Faso in a politically unstable context. A secondary ambition was to broaden cooperation towards the field of computer science.
