This project aimed to continue and strengthen the cooperation between the American University of Armenia (AUA) and Audencia, which began in 2016, and, more broadly, to strengthen ties between Armenia and France. One of the main objectives of the project was to improve the employability of AUA students and provide them with new skills that will enable them to become innovative and responsible managers who are able to make a positive contribution to the major challenges facing our organisations, societies and planet. The project was also aimed at enhancing the internationalisation of our institutions through outgoing student and/or staff mobility, but also through incoming mobility (internationalisation at home). The internationalisation and diversification of our student population is, in fact, a key objective for both AUA and Audencia. One of AUA's strategic priorities for the coming years is to welcome more international students. As far as Audencia is concerned, within the framework of its strategic plan ECOS, Audencia intends to broaden the diversity of admitted students. Finally, the aim was also to support AUA in its development through staff mobility.
