Key Action 171 aims to promote employability, social inclusion, civic engagement, innovation, and sustainable development in Europe and far beyond, by offering beneficiaries from third countries not associated with the programme the opportunity to study or train abroad. Main objectives: For student mobility: To encourage incoming and outgoing South-North mobility flows, expose students to different perspectives/knowledge/teaching methods and professional practices, develop their transversal skills (communication abilities, critical thinking, problem-solving, intercultural competencies), enhance their future skills (digital and green skills), and support their personal development (adaptability and self-confidence). For staff mobility (administrative and/or teaching): To discover new working/teaching environments, acquire new skills, connect with peers abroad to facilitate the implementation of joint activities, exchange good/new practices and expertise, and strengthen cooperation between higher education institutions.
