1. Recognising the cultural diversity of migrants in host countries 2. Analyse access to services and resources for these vulnerable people 3. Promote an inclusive and participative culture of reception in the social and medico-social field
The LAMMATIS project aims to respond to a major challenge shared by five partners in three countries, centred on the reception and inclusion of migrants. In European contexts such as Portugal, Spain and France, migrant reception processes involve extensive collaboration between various players, including public services, associations and businesses, to promote their social integration. More specifically, the project focuses on the integration of migrants' mother tongues in various aspects such as access to information, communication with professionals and the activities proposed with the aim of facilitating their empowerment while recognising intercultural diversity. The needs we have sought to address in this project include: - Assessing the extent to which migrants' mother tongues are taken into account in reception facilities. - Identifying gaps, opportunities and good practices to improve the integration process. - Developing integrated cooperation and partnership in order to develop more effective strategies.
