The objectives of the REWORK project are as follows: - To develop the DEI skills of people with HR management responsibilities in the age of teleworking and hybrid working, - To develop an attractive training program and e-learning platform tailored to the individual needs and expectations of people with HR management responsibilities in large organizations and SMEs; - Use participatory approaches (workshops) to design the project's framework, methods and results to improve its relevance and implementation; - Use digital technologies in the design and delivery of a state-of-the-art e-learning platform, equipped with artificial intelligence and including an asynchronous digital coaching function that personalizes the training offer; - Create effective training activities for stakeholders, - Address the needs of systemically disadvantaged social groups, with particular attention to including less advantaged adult learners in the training program and e-learning platform.
In the age of digital transformation, companies are called upon to develop innovative policy frameworks and measures, rooted in best practice, to guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of their EDI policies, while ensuring that remote (or hybrid) working does not adversely affect the most fragile groups of employees. Despite an advanced European regulatory framework, companies' EDI strategies lack robustness, which undermines their impact. Main explanation: the limited skills of practitioners in the EDI process of organization's transforming, and the underestimation of the technical knowledge and know-how required. Where generations of HRMs have built their careers with little or no formal knowledge or experience of EDI, it is essential to train them in EDI issues at a time of work hybridization. The same applies to middle managers: they play a key role in employees' experience of inclusion at work; they are the linchpin in the transition from diversity to inclusion; the implementation of EDI measures falls to them, while they experience role uncertainty and are subject to contradictory injunctions.
