For this first stage of Erasmus + accreditation, we wanted to organize a seminar with international youth and European youth tourism professionals for an exchange of practices on the integration of sustainable tourism values into youth tourism stays. Based on the observation that tourism is a stay outside one's place of residence, it seems essential to us to integrate youth meetings (holiday camps, school trips, youth exchanges, etc.) into a collective reflection around good practices to maintain a sustainable balance on the environmental, social and economic pillar. Our objective was for participants to leave with food for thought to question their practices of hosting and supervising youth stays, in relation to sustainable development (food, transport, accommodation, waste management, etc.).
