By organising Re-match with yourself, we wanted to offer the possibility to young people across Europe to meet, exchange, and learn more on the subject of mental and physical well-being. Another goal was to give insights to the participants on how to take care of themselves, but also to let them discuss their well-being -both emotionally and mentally- and how to implement and maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Another objective of the project was to foster the development of soft skills through non-formal educational practices such as games, workshops, peer-to-peer learning, reflection groups…etc. Every aspect of the program was an opportunity to learn, or develop a competence such as leadership, intercultural understanding, communication, autonomy, self-confidence, or speaking English. Finally, we hope this experience made them aware of the possibilities for young people in the European Union, and that they are now more conscious and inclined to think about studying, volunteering, or even working in another country.
