Objectives

Given the current climate, social crises and gender inequalities that have existed in the world for millennia, designing and working to build ecologically sustainable and socially just societies will not be achieved without integrating a feminist vision. This training has brought together enthusiasts, experts and activists to explore, share and imagine together an emancipatory ecological and business vision and action points for women and minority groups through: meetings, workshops, artistic expression, discussion groups. The project has promoted the understanding of how to promote the development of entrepreneurship and business action, knowing the pedagogical and gender methods and approaches used, and placing it in an ecological context and with what effects to place it at the center of our concerns. It is about not only developing and consolidating knowledge in this field, but equipping participants, trainers and stakeholders to optimize green entrepreneurship education for women and minorities and, in its broadest sense, through a teaching strategy interdisciplinary based on problems and actions closely linked to their economic, cultural and social environments. This project has aimed to develop more "entrepreneurial" individuals in all aspects of life. To include a gender perspective, in addition to developing a legal and strategic framework, guidelines and tools, it is necessary that those who design, create and implement policies and projects increase their knowledge and understanding of the gender aspects of climate change: why equality Gender is important in everything and how gender relates to climate change, and what introducing a gender perspective means in practice, so activities on introducing a gender perspective into policies and programs in the field of the environment would not be reduced to "counting", that is, the quantitative representation of women and men. Gender inequality is widely recognized as a central aspect of development and one of the fundamental requirements for achieving sustainable development and achieving the SDGs. The EU starts from a solid position in terms of sustainable development and has expressed its firm commitment to being, together with its member countries, one of the pioneers in the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda. As a tool of social action, the project has been situated within the ecofeminist theory, in which, in 1974, Françoise d'Eaubonne, French writer and feminist. The fact that women lead the statistics on poverty rates and their position of social exclusion makes them more vulnerable to natural disasters and ecological devastation, thus not being a "natural" fact. It affects national economies and people's lives, costing communities and countries dearly today and even more tomorrow. Another aspect that she has addressed in this project is the relationship with the concept of leadership from the perspective of feminist pedagogy. Women's representation in political decision-making processes continues to increase but slowly. In relation to this aspect, UN Women states in its studies that only 24.3% of national parliaments are made up of women, which is considered a very slow process of evolution since 1995, when it stood at 11.3%. . (International Women Parliaments, as of February 2019). Likewise, as of June 2019, only 11 women are heads of state and 12 became heads of government. -Raise awareness about current environmental challenges and explore the interconnectivity of those challenges with global gender equality -Develop a common understanding of the concept of leadership and gender and explore instruments for their promotion among youth groups in civil society that help improve understanding of gender aspects of climate change. -Develop the capacity of youth workers to work more effectively with young people on issues related to the environment and equality; -Explore environmental educational methods and equip participants with non-formal learning tools on the subject; -Exchange experiences and knowledge in the fields of social entrepreneurship, ecology and feminism. - Promote diversity, intercultural dialogue, the common values of ecology, freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights.
