"All in, for Inclusion! Outdoor tools for youth work" aimed to train youth workers, trainers, and educators to use outdoor activities as a tool for social inclusion and education, specifically when dealing with youngsters from disadvantaged groups. This training course was designed to use a mix of experiential and non-formal methods with an additional stress on the storytelling approach set in the outdoor environment, together with discussions, exchange of good practices, and reflection. Participants experienced outdoor activities such as expeditions, outdoor cooking and camping to reapply these in their local community. The project focused on exchanging experiences and good practices between partners with previous experience and those without. All partners involved had a strong focus on youth with fewer opportunities and aimed to make their organisations and work more accessible and appealing to the youth community of their areas. The main objectives of the project were: -To increase the awareness of participants & organisations on the concept of social exclusion -To empower selected participants by training them in using non-formal education methods based on outdoor activities and storytelling as a means to engage youth from different groups and backgrounds in society -To provide youth workers with knowledge, skills, and practical experience on working with disadvantaged youngsters -To implement an open event about outdoor inclusion and storytelling during the TC -To create 8 stories from the project using various storytelling methods and techniques
