The aim of this project was to contribute to the active promotion of gender equality in youth work and youth organisations. This project was organised with the wish to contribute to the efforts of the actors fighting against gender inequalities (NGOs, state, European and international actors) through the spreading of knowledge and skills promoting equality and a better integration of women and gender minorities in the work environment. This project was therefore led with the objectives of training youth workers on gender questions, by offering them keys of comprehension of the vocabulary of gender (absolutely necessary to communicate with some generations and gender minorities), to introduce them to new tools that will allow them to promote gender equality at work (awareness raising activities and workshops, reading grids..), and finally offer them the possibility to think of gender question in the local, European and international contexts.
