La Ménagerie is a structure working in animation cinema through various creative projects, particularly with an educational aim. After a first KA1 training course conducted in 2017 around the practice of stop motion, the idea was to create a European network through structures working in the same field and may be confronted with common societal issues (immigration, disability, citizenship ...). By implementing this second training course, the aim was to work on three axes: an exchange of practices, the development of knowledge around the issue of inclusion and a better mastery of European mechanisms. The objective was to better understand the context of intervention of each structure and to identify the needs or strengths of each one, with the aim of working on common projects (development of tools, youth exchanges, trainings...).
