Develop skills and technical capacities in recycling specific computer parts and accessories to create new ones. Develop knowledge and awareness about the consequences of e-waste and the benefits of a circular economy. Promote employability in participants by reinforcing their soft and hard skills through the training received. Make the learning process in computer recycling available to all, fostering training by creating free online courses through an E-Learning Platform. We will foster digital transformation: participants have developed digital skills and abilities to computer recycling, having awareness about circular economy, these 2 aspects are a way to fight against climate change through training. The project results will increase youth employability, participants with hard & soft gained skills will reinforce their profile to find a job.
