In accordance with the school's needs, a project was launched with a group of interested employees with the aim of improving the competencies of teachers and professional associates for working with potentially gifted students. It is to contribute to the improvement of work with gifted and potentially gifted students in the collective and at the workplace. The intention was to improve the implementation of existing activities, enrich them with new strategies and introduce new, concrete activities and programs that would be continuously implemented and in which potentially gifted students would have the opportunity to develop their skills and competencies. This project includes one segment based on the improvement of digital competencies and the empowerment of informatics teachers (with little experience), as key persons for the introduction of new, challenging extracurricular activities that the school has not offered until now - robotics and activities through elective informatics classes in primary education, other extracurricular activities and free time of students in the extended stay program. Also, this project aims to improve management competence, which would result in more effective management and process management
