Background

Having conducted school SWOT analysis, the most important needs and chalenges the school faces were singled out and the areas in need of enhancement were detected. Our students' specimen is that of 14 to 19-year-old students of various interests and levels of motivation who generally achieve very good success. The school is attended by three classes of students with additional educational needs as well as sixty students having appropriate individual educational programme. Those are the students having at least one additional need from the following spectrum: visual , speech, learning, intellectual disabilities, behavioral impairments as well as multiple difficulties in psychological and physical development. Teachers were wondering whether the inclusive practices could be improved in the teaching process so that all the participants with additional needs could be actively included in all the aspects of regular classes and in projects. Inspired by good results of already conducted Erasmus+ project and its evaluation, it was concluded that the Erasmus+ programme could help us overcome certain difficulties as well as to strengthen teachers' and students' competences.
