The objective of this project was to help us ensure the advancement of our staff's skills and knowledge in an area that is of special importance to us, both within our institution and our community. Digital competencies have long been one of the key competencies for every person wishing to participate in the international community, and this has only become more relevant during the pandemic. New ideas in Entrepreneurship and ICT were supposed to help us create new programs in our Center. We also wanted to implement a project that would go towards fulfilling our institution's long-term needs.
Entrepreneurial competencies have long been one of the key competencies for every person wishing to participate in the international community. Establishing a program in Entrepreneurship is part of our organization's plan for the period 2021-2024. and in order to create a good program, we first need to increase our own competencies. Furthermore, decreased opportunities for mobility, as well as increased needs for social distancing, have amplified the demand for online teaching, which is the type of service that our institution aims to provide. It was also very important for our institution to start our Erasmus activities with a small and manageable project that would help our staff gain better insight into the possibilities the Erasmus program offers to institutions such as ours.
