The project offers students the opportunity to study abroad, exposing them to different cultures and educational settings, expanding their perspectives, and improving their professional skills. For teaching staff, participation in this project provides a chance to enhance their professional background and portfolio, gain new insights and teaching methods, and establish new international professional connections. Administrative staff members take part in structured training weeks and job shadowing programs, which are essential for their professional development, particularly in tasks related to the administration of EU-funded projects and the management of mobility programs. The project includes plans to send four students for academic studies and another four for traineeships, providing them with a combination of theoretical and practical experiences in international environments. Overall, the Polytechnic of Šibenik is dedicated to using the Erasmus+ program through project "2022-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000051940" to create a more interconnected and skilled educational community.
