The primary objective of our project is to enhance internationalization and global competence among students and staff. By promoting mobility and creating a multicultural campus, we prepare participants for the global business world, improve their employability, and foster international collaboration. Our key Goals: 1. International Collaboration: - Developed a network with 88 EU and 160 worldwide partner universities. - Expanded opportunities for student and staff exchanges. 2. Student Mobility: - Facilitated immersion in diverse cultures, enhancing linguistic, professional, and personal skills. - Orientation and integration activities, including the Buddy program, promote belonging. 3. Staff Development: - Encouraged international exchanges and professional development to enhance teaching methods. 4. Academic Excellence: - Transparent selection, scholarships based on merit, and verified credit transfers ensure academic success. 5. Employability: - Provided international internships, leading to job offers and practical global market experience.
