By participating in Erasmus+ mobility program Aspira University of Applied Sciences is working towards its goals, such as: improve the quality of existing courses, develop new programs in cooperation with foreign partners, empower individual careers, improve students’ knowledge of foreign languages, develop the International Cooperation Department, create a multicultural environment, and encourage tolerance towards diversity. Internationalization Strategy, as a part of the Institutional Strategy, defines the areas of international relations development, strategic goals and activities. These strategic documents contain not only internationalization policies but also reflect on the ways of the improvement of the study programs, increased activities under the Erasmus+ program, all with the aim to develop visibility and competitiveness on the global market with the goal of attracting more international students, as one of the strategic goals of Aspira. When comparing number of mobilities in previous projects and this project, we can see and be proud of the increased number of mobilities in all segments (student mobilities and staff mobilities). It is also important to mention that after all we manage to include students from all study programs to participate in mobility, short and long term one. Moreover, after participating in several BIP's in this project we managed to organize one ''Current trends in Event industry'' which gathered in total around 30 participants. Our study program Computer Engineering finally started to be conducted in English language and therefore this semester we will welcome first 2 Erasmus students on Computer Engineering. At the moment, all segments of mobilities are covered (STA's, STT's, SMS's, SMT's and BIP). During this academic year, we also participated in BIP organized by our partner in Paris on topic of Paralympics and Inclusion where we even had chance to participate in wheelchair tennis that took place during Paralympics in Paris and students worked together with other participants on the project related to Inclusive Gym opening.
