From the very beginning, the International Relations has been of a special interest for the development and affirmation of the University of Dubrovnik. The unique geographical position, historical and touristic importance of the city of Dubrovnik are just some of the reasons why UNIDU choose international development as a strategic goal. Since the academic year 2010/2011, the University of Dubrovnik has been participating in the Lifelong Learning Programme, later the Erasmus+ programme, and is continuously working to increase the number of outgoing and incoming mobilities and improve the quality of activities and services for mobility participants. By implementing this Project UNIDU’s primary goals include: fostering cultural exchange, promoting international cooperation, enhancing educational and professional skills of both: students and staff, boosting employability and career prospects, supporting innovation in higher education, fostering personal growth of participants and strengthening the idea of European identity.
