The project aimed to enhance both the outgoing and incoming mobility of students and staff, facilitating the exchange of knowledge, skills, research experiences, and best practices. The primary goal for student activities was to boost their employability by exposing them to new processes and technologies within an international framework. Moreover, engaging in international mobility aids students in improving their communication abilities, language competency and other essential soft skills, making them more competitive in the European job market. Additionally, it provides them with a broader overview of the various European cultures and social settings, making them more engaged and informed citizens. For staff, the mobility initiatives are designed to promote personal education and career growth, along with establishing and strengthening international contacts and partnerships at an institutional level. The project's activities align with the goals for expanding international capacities as specified in the development and internationalization strategy documents of the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica (https://vvg.hr/dokumenti/ ).
