The main goal of this project was to enhance the competencies of staff through mobility for training purposes. We aimed to provide them with valuable learning experiences, new knowledge, and skills that would contribute to their personal and professional growth. By engaging in mobility activities, staff had the opportunity to establish connections, exchange ideas, and build networks with colleagues from other institutions. We wanted to promote the exchange of top-notch ideas and successful strategies in the higher education sector. Through dissemination activities, including publications, conferences, and events, we aimed to contribute to the broader academic community and promote the value of mobility for professional development. Ultimately, our goal was to positively impact the professional development of staff, the advancement of all institutions in the consortium, and the higher education sector as a whole.
