By implementing the project the University of Applied Health Sciences wanted to primarily organize the mobility of students and staff. Considering students, both mobility for studies and mobility for traineeship are equally supported and promoted. Alongside mobility for students, the University readily supports the mobility of both teaching and non-teaching staff. Through mobility the University recognizes that students gain an international dimension in their higher education, they develop their academic skills. Staff gain insight into new practices and skills - all of which benefits both the individual participants and consequently the University itself. Mobility is seen as one of the key factors in the internationalization of the University consequently resulting in more mobilities which is what the University strives for with every project Call.
