Our objectives were to implement 3 youth exchanges with 72 young people from different countries focusing on the important topics of: - health of young people (mental and physical); - their personal development; - development of their life skills, key competences and; - raising awareness about environment, learning about sustainability and green practices. We wanted to support young people, empower them, by providing them opportunities, safe and supportive environment to connect and create, learn, grow, become more resilient, adaptable, engaged in their local communities and society. We wanted to give a chance to young people to develop their personal, social, intercultural, language skills as well as to raise their awareness about important things such as mental health, health in general, climate and environment issues, learning about green practices. Empowering youth through non-formal education projects, gives them a chance to become more self-confident, which reflects positively on their performance in school, at university, helping them to be more successful in finding jobs, more successful on their professional and private life path. We aimed at involving 50% of participants facing different fewer opportunities (economic, educational, social, health, geographical) to provide opportunities to those to whom access to participation in youth mobility projects is harder, promoting social inclusion, developing sense for understanding, diversity, acceptance, tolerance among youth. Also our objective was to implement 1 mobility of youth workers, a training course for 20 youth workers about experiential learning and outdoor education methods and tools, teaching youth workers theory but most importantly giving them practical experience about outdoor pedagogy, contributing to educational and professional development of youth workers and building of the capacities of youth organizations. Through projects we also aimed at spreading and developing our network of partners, youth organizations in Europe and wider in partnering countries, contribute to strengthening the non-formal education sector and professionalization of youth work.
