By implementing the activities of the second year of accreditation, we achieved the planned part of the strategic plan "Youth in focus" designed by young people in 2020, which was coordinated with partners with clearly defined outcomes and goals for the time period 2021 to 2024. "Youth in focus", in the first year of accreditation, aimed to strengthen the personal capacities of young people and youthworkers, strengthen the capacities of organizations and actively participation in the life of the local community. In the second year of accreditation, the goal was to strengthen the capacity of digital and financial competencies, at the personal and organizational level. With the realization of two main goals, in the second year of accreditation, we additionally empowered the participants in the areas of: Reflections on environmental topics Use of tools, methods, processes and practices as an informal form of the educational cycle Active participation in the local community Development of self-confidence, critical thinking towards oneself and the community Awareness of new challenges We have aimed to strengthen the capacities of organizations involved in the implementation of the second year of accreditation in the field of digital and financial competence at the national and international level aimed at solving the challenges facing young people
