The project's objectives are connected to addressing the challenges faced by young people, particularly in relation to unemployment and limited job opportunities due to the impact of COVID-19 on the economy. The aim was to prevent negative consequences on both the individuals and society as a whole. Unemployment among young people can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction, affecting various aspects of society. The project acknowledges that young people are a significant demographic group in the job market, but they often lack relevant experience and necessary skills.Youth typically have little or zero employment market experience, and often lack suitable competence. We often hear from youth we are working with that at the same time employers are searching for young workers, but they expect that those young people have many work experience in a particular job field. There is a high collision between those two requirements. Because of that, there is a need to focus on increasing knowledge about entrepreneurial skills and paths for young individuals. This includes providing them with opportunities to learn organizational skills, time management, teamwork, marketing through social media, leadership, and interpersonal skills, all of which are highly transferable and asked by employers. Furthermore, the project recognizes the importance of social entrepreneurship training to foster an enterprising culture among young people and promote self-employment, while at the same time doing something ood for their community. By equipping young individuals with entrepreneurial skills, they can adapt to the evolving job market and have the potential to create their own opportunities. The project emphasizes that the youth exchange activities serve as an ideal environment for learning about entrepreneurship. Working with participants from different countries and cultures allows young people to gain exposure to diverse perspectives and experiences. The main objective of the project is to identify and address the challenges faced by youth, empower them as social entrepreneurs, and assist them in accessing employment opportunities. We wanted to pinpoint developing challenges and issues that youth are facing today, raise support for youth empowerment by engaging them as entrepreneurs and assist a young person to access employment. By tackling youth unemployment and promoting entrepreneurship, the project aims to prevent negative outcomes such as offending behavior, vulnerability, marginalization, and social exclusion. Additionally, the project seeks to develop young people's social entrepreneurship skills, encouraging them to support their own self-sufficiency and contribute to the overall growth and positive impact in the society. It also aims to enrich the participants' experiences, stimulate their imagination, boost their confidence in applying their ideas, and promote their personal development and implementation of initiatives.
