With this project, we wanted to educate youth workers and leaders who are actively involved in activities of organizations involved in the project to make their youth work more inclusive, and innovative and through that to encourage young people for active involvement in their society and for engagement in active citizenship. By all activities that were implemented during all the phases of the project, we are sure that we succeeded to reach our project objectives and goals and that from this project we make benefit all participants, and partner organizations but also young people from countries involved in the project but also from other countries and organizations as we shared all information about project activities and results with other partners who were not initially involved in this project but with whom we have cooperation in other projects and activities. As the objectives of our project were also different and various, here we will explain how all of them were reached through different activities. - promote inclusion of young people regardless of all the differences between them which we reached through the preparation of participants with fewer opportunities in which we try to overcome those fewer opportunities and provide them the same ability to participate in this project with the help and assistance from coordinators from partner organizations. Also, during all activities in the project, we were working on the promotion of inclusion as it was also one of the main topics of the project but also some workshops were dedicated to inclusion and we go through the ways of recognizing of needs of young people but also ways of inclusion of young people in order to make participants more aware about it and to make them able to use those examples in the practice and motivate them to involve young people and promote inclusion in all their activities - encourage youth workers and leaders to an innovative approach to young people and for the development of innovation in the youthwork which we reached by working in practice on the new working methods and adaptation of existing working methods for youth work in order to make youth work more innovative and to attract young people with new methods which will be more interesting for them but also more relevant for time in which we are living nowadays - increase the quality and diversity of youth work methods which we are using in regular youth work and non-formal education which we reached by simulation of workshops conducted, created, and implemented by participants in the second part of the main activity in order to make them aware how small changes can completely change whole activity and make it more interesting and motivating for young people but also we reached it through feedback from the participants and trainers in order to get tips and tricks for future improvements and adaptations of different youth work methods which should be done depending on the needs of youth and also their ability to participate in different activities - modernize non-formal education approaches to young people and create ways of education that will provoke young people to involvement which we did during the practical part of the program but also during adaptations which participants did in their dissemination activities when they should modernize and adapt methods due to their local target group in order to make it more interesting for them and motivate young people for involvement - support the development of youth workers as well as of organizations in order to increase the quality of their work and quality of activities for young people which we reached through the involvement of participants and partners in all phases of the project, not just in the main activity which gave us the opportunity to also lead them through the project and different activities and phases and interest them for creation of future projects for young people and youth workers and motivate them for their active involvement in the level of project management - equalize opportunities for all young people and promote inclusion and diversity as important aspects of youth work on the local, national, and international level which we did through the involvement of participants with fewer opportunities but also through part of the program dedicated to the inclusion of young people with a different background where participants learned about different ways of involvement and adaptation due to needs of young people and their background - promote Erasmus+ program and activities organized and financed by Erasmus+ program which we did through Erasmus+ presentation, creation of project ideas, and planing of future cooperation between the partners and participants in order to create some new opportunities for young people but also in order to reuse results of this project and feel the benefits of it in the full possible potential
