With this project proposal, the aim was to involve young people, civil society organizations, and decision-makers in the process of creating a document that will define the management model of the Youth Center, which is planned to be built soon, through consultative activities. The achieved goal was through the participation of young people, together with representatives of CSOs and decision-makers, to create a management model for the Youth Center based on participatory management. By conducting consultative activities with young people, decision-makers, and associations and by using an online questionnaire, the participants during the discussions proposed the mechanisms and management structure of the Youth Center. In the end, the local self-government, based on the proposals of the youth and CSOs, formed a management model for the Youth Center. The aforementioned management model foresees mechanisms that encourage the participation of young people and civil society organizations in the preparation and implementation of the program of the future Youth Center. The specific objectives of this proposal are: 1. Greater synergy among CSOs 2. Strengthening cooperation between CSOs and decision-makers 3. Greater involvement of young people in democratic processes The very result of this project proposal is related to the EU Youth Strategy 2019 - 2027. As part of the new Youth Center, together with young people, representatives of CSOs, and decision-makers, we want to find the most participatory and applicable way of management, taking into account the different needs and interests of the future user. Through the implementation of project activities, a management model was created that will enable young people to influence the program content of the future youth center. The implementation of this project ensured greater participation of young people and CSOs in decision-making processes.
