The project aimed to strengthen the internationalisation of PAR University of Applied Sciences and its partners by implementing high-quality student and staff mobility. Through transparent and inclusive mobility organisation, it sought to enhance academic cooperation of involved HEIs, exchange innovative teaching methods, and foster intercultural competencies. The project aimed to provide participants with advanced skills, research opportunities, and professional networks that increase employability and support the European Education Area’s general goals.
