The main aim of this project is to strengthen the academic cooperation and exchange between our institution, ZSEM, and our partner institutions in third countries (China, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Russia, Lebanon, and Azerbaijan). Our main goals were to increase international mobility opportunities for our students and staff, enrich academic and cultural experiences, and develop long-term partnerships supporting the internationalisation of higher education. By sending and receiving participants, we sought to build intercultural competencies, expand professional skills, and foster mutual learning. We targeted diverse regions to ensure balanced participation from both EU and non-EU countries. Despite geopolitical and economic challenges in specific areas such as Russia and Lebanon, we remained committed to supporting mobility and inclusion and ensuring high-quality experiences for all participants. The project was closely aligned with ZSEM’s internationalisation strategy and the priorities of the Erasmus+ programme.
