In the context of individual learning mobility, the KA171 project 2022-1-HR01-KA171-HED-000073020 aimed to promote international cooperation with higher education institutions from Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically the University of Mostar and the University/“Sveučilište” Vitez. The project aimed to support the internationalization of our institution by enabling student and staff mobility between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The main objectives were to offer students opportunities to study abroad, expand their horizons, gain new knowledge and skills, and promote intercultural understanding. For staff, the project planned to facilitate teaching exchanges that would enrich their professional experience, enable the sharing of expertise with colleagues from partner institutions, and create new opportunities for academic collaboration. A specific emphasis was placed on promoting inclusiveness by providing one study mobility opportunity for a student with fewer opportunities. Overall, the project planned two incoming students for studies, two incoming staff members for teaching, and one outgoing staff member for teaching.
