By implementing Erasmus projects, the Nikola Tesla Polytechnic in Gospić wants to strengthen its international presence by enabling mobility for students and staff, which is part of the Polytechnic's strategy. Through cooperation with international institutions, the quality and experience of studying is improved by enabling the acquisition of important international experience by studying or doing internships, thereby students gain experience in international communication, adaptation and tolerance, which is a quality added value when hiring. Staff mobility is also extremely important because getting to know the methods and ways of working of international institutions contributes to increasing quality and innovation, and enables the application of international practices and standards when teaching, improving and improving study programs. it is also an essential part of the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff through exposure to different environments, teaching methods and different cultures. Through the implementation of Erasmus projects, we expect an improved study experience, internationalization, improvement of the quality system, an increase in the diversity of programs offered and networking.
