The project encompassed incoming and outgoing mobilities of teaching and non-teaching staff for the purposes of training and teaching. The goal was to strengthen long-term institutional cooperation and to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, experience, and skills between the University North and international partner institutions. The mobilities contributed to the development of teaching and research competencies through exposure to different teaching approaches, thereby improving the quality of study programs. The project encouraged internationalization, involvement of new departments, and the development of sustainable partnerships. It had a positive impact on participants' professional development, increased job satisfaction, and expanded the network of cooperation. The visits of foreign lecturers motivated students and staff for future mobilities. The project also enabled the planning of new joint projects, applications, mentorships, and student exchanges, while fostering connections with industry through joint activities and preparations for future Erasmus+ applications.
