Our school is the oldest primary school in Jászberény. Our focus is on science and sport. We have been a successful school for a long time because our staff is always striving to learn the latest teaching methods. We are also active in the sport and cultural life of Jászberény. We participate in many competitions that provide extra-curricular activities for both students and teachers. This project has been written with a double aim. -We have been organising exchange visits with a school in the twin town of Jászberény for 20 years. With funding from the Erasmus KA1 project, we organised for the first time a group mobility for upper primary pupils. During the visit, we put together a programme for the German pupils in Jászberény. - We wanted to provide our teachers with language and methodology training through European courses.
