The most important goal of our project was to acquaint the professionals of dual training places from our area with the good practices and proven forms of cooperation of the hosts of the Northern Italy region and the local producers closely related to them. During the mobilities, we encouraged the participants to learn what they saw, to pass on the acquired knowledge and to incorporate it into the topics of practical education. Our other important goal during the implementation of our work program was to learn about the strategic and operational guidelines of the tourism and hospitality management organizations in Northern Italy. With the help of the acquired information, we wanted to create new perspectives, connection and cooperation opportunities for the businesses of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county at the local and regional level. By achieving the project goals, new local collaborations and new market relations can be established in the future, which contributes a more cost-effective and environmentally sustainable operation for the parties involved, which also helps the economic development of our region.
BOKIK carries out outstanding tasks in the field of dual vocational training based on legal authorization: it supervises, controls and supports dual training places. As a result, BOKIK’s primary task is ensuring the professional preparation of the instructors working in the dual education sector and training places. By supporting the professional preparation of dual trainers and instructors, it can directly improve the competencies and professional knowledge of students in vocational training system. The chamber's employees performing vocational training tasks participate in training organization, education-strategy and vocational training infrastructural tasks. Since one of the main priorities in the European Union is the integration of environmentally conscious methods into the operation of businesses and society, it is also important for BOKIK to familiarize the participants of the dual vocational training with international good practices, so they will be able to integrate the acquired knowledge in the future into practical education. Getting to know and mastering Italian good practices had a long-term positive impact on our organization and the quality of dual training.
