The primary objective of the project was the mastery of the practical activities of the logistics technician students related to the transport and shipping industry exam, and the development of business communication techniques. The sectoral basic exam requires comprehensive economic and business knowledge, which students were able to acquire most in the real business environment. The mobility also provided the students with basic training, and the knowledge acquired in the classroom could be developed at the host partner. The second objective of the project was the development of the students' competencies necessary for employment, such as, in addition to effective communication, the entrepreneurial attitude, project thinking, and the ability to work in a team. The training and output requirement requires students to think project-based. Mobility took them out of this environment and gave them values: they entered a new work and study environment, solved communication and social situations, and achieved work and study results in a new environment.
Our institution is looking for opportunities that satisfy the needs of Generation Z in relation to learning and education, as well as opportunities that help us bring the world of education and work closer together. With the entry into force of the Vocational Training Act, vocational training has changed, to which our school must also adapt. Our institutional goals include improving the quality and efficiency of education and training, as well as the development of innovation and creativity at all levels of education and training - including the development of entrepreneurial skills. International mobility serves as an excellent tool for the realization of both goals, since the participants are enriched with competencies that are essential for starting a business and for practical training. Meeting the needs of our students and complying with the Vocational Training Act cannot be achieved without European partnerships and cooperating institutions, which collaboration with the students' international professional practice directly ensures the development of their own competences, skills and way of thinking, thus the best exercises reach the young people involved directly - without teacher transformation - through experience.
