Our students gain professional and language experience, knowledge and motivation during their mobility. They will get to know the organization, equipment and employees of other European companies and public institutions, and the required qualifications for the position. They can compare their experience of working abroad with that at their home country, and compare conditions, working methods, attitudes and work ethics with those at home. Intercultural experience is also an important part of the mobility, the openness and understanding that travel brings, the discovery of the values and beauty of another culture. In the placements, they make new acquaintances, meet local people and learn a lot about the social environment. We hope that our students will be more socially sensitive and open-minded after the project.
Our school is currently in the process of a reform, in which we focus on developing our training courses keep the requirements of the labour market, good-earning, employment and further education opportunities in mind. The use of the latest technology and a teacher team with excellent professional skills also point the way forward: this is the path we want to strengthen our institution, for which ERASMUS+ is a great opportunity. The development of our students is the most important thing: mobility gives them professional experience and motivation, improves their technical and foreign language communication skills and their career perspectives as well. Our school benefits from building international partnerships, also improving the daily and professional language skills of our accompanying teachers, and enriching our school curriculum with the knowledge gained abroad. The results of the project will have a positive impact on our whole community.
