Our school can provide practical training opportunities for our students only at school, our primary goal was to familiarize our students with environment of companies. They can learn how to work in a team, thus improving their professional, linguistic and social competence. Our goal was to broaden our students' horizons during the practical training abroad, to get to know the working methods of the host country, the corporate culture of their workplaces abroad, to become accepting of people of other nationalities, and to create a good reputation for our school and the country with their work and the expertise acquired in our institution as well. In addition to all of this, our goal was to reduce school dropout rates, and we also wanted to motivate our younger students.
At the moment, 1,089 students study full-time at the Váci Vocational Training Center Király Endre Technikum and Vocational Training School, and the number of our instructors is 87, of which 31 teach lessons and 56 are full-time teachers. Education is provided in seven professions at the technical school and eleven professions at the vocational training school. Theoretical education takes place at school, practical education takes place mostly at school and only a small part in companies. We have several areas of training, e.g. logistics education, where we can provide training our students only at school. Each of our instructors has a specialized college and/or university degree, and our school workshops are relatively well equipped for teaching.
