Our primary goal was to maintain and expand our international network by using the financial support efficiently. Students who participated in mobility should graduate from our institution, who become more open and tolerant to the world through the experiences gained abroad, develop their communication skills, and strengthen their intercultural competences. The acquired knowledge, experience and language skills are all a great help in finding a job on the labor market later on. For academic staff, the international sharing of knowledge and experience, the expansion of a network of partnerships, the initiation of bilateral agreements, and the raising of relations with partners to a higher level. For administrative staff, the acquisition of good foreign institutional practices, the development of language skills, and professional improvement. Additionally, the internationalization strategy can be optimized based on the experiences of mobility participants. We aimed to ensure a transparent application and selection process, establish the necessary internal institutional procedures. Implement the key priorities of the program, including increasing sustainability and inclusion, and promoting new short-term mobility options.
