Objectives

The Erasmus+ program (Program) has successfully supported the strategic goals of the university for over 15 years, focusing on preserving and enhancing individual health. In the implementation of this project, our university aimed to continue and intensify these successful support activities. The project facilitated international mobilities that contributed to the development and establishment of the university's international professional network. Additionally, the Program supported the university’s goal, as outlined in the Erasmus Policy Statement, to become one of Europe’s top five universities specializing in medical sciences by 2030 and to rank among the top 100 universities globally. The Program promoted internationalization, increased the university's international visibility, and supported intercultural awareness within the university community. In the 2022 project, alongside these objectives, the key aim was to maintain, and if possible, enhance the levels of student and staff mobility achieved in the previous cycle.
