As one of Europe's oldest higher education institutions, the University of Pécs has always believed in the power of science, art and healing to cross borders and connect cultures from the very beginning. We believe that internationalization is not only one of our activities, but a comprehensive way of thinking that raises all of our activities to a new level. As a result, we believe that internationalization itself is a value without which there is no 21st-century higher education. The aim of the university is to be an international representative of Hungarian higher education and to attract as many foreign students as possible to its courses by creating a safe intercultural learning environment. The goals of the international strategy are of course in line with the University's IFT and the expectations laid down in the UQVA-PTE contract. In the past year and a half, we have carried out complex work processes at the University of Pécs with the coordination of the International Centre in order to process the results of the internationalization strategy period since 2018 within the framework of studies, external audits, teacher and student satisfaction surveys and professional workshops.
