The aim of the project was to broaden the general and scientific horizons of students at the Hungarian University of Physical Education and Sport Sciences and introduce them to best practices. It encouraged participants to actively engage in the life of the host university and share their experiences upon returning home. The goals included boosting the mobility of faculty and staff, as such mobility plays a key role in establishing European institutional collaborations and also promotes the development of new teaching methods at the Institution. Throughout the project, the University paid special attention to the preparation of outgoing faculty and staff, as well as the reception of incoming foreign colleagues, which had been effectively coordinated by the Directorate of International Relations. A key objective was to promote Blended Intensive Programs, which enhance students' interactive learning experiences while also supporting the introduction of modern teaching methods. The project facilitated student and staff mobility and strengthened the University’s international relations. It contributed to the development of a global perspective and the quality of education, providing long-term benefits for the University.
